Please note that completing a form does not guarantee a confirmed booking as we have to ensure space availability and approve the function you wish to book.

Notes on Pricing

 

Extension of hours fees after midnight.

Rooms in the Centre can be hired beyond the usual midnight closing time at the following rates:

12am-1am: +£45               12am-2am: +£85

 

PRS

If you play copyrighted music during your hire (For example during a keep fit class or party) there are the following fees towards the cost of music rights:

+£2 per hour.

 

Insurance

All hirers without their own public liability insurance have to pay an insurance tariff.

+£5 per hire.

+£10 for parties in the Glen Henry Hall.
